Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Home Pet Care. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Home Pet Care ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our pet care services. Please read these terms carefully as they govern our relationship and your use of our services.
Agreement to Terms
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes1.
Definitions
Service Provider: Home Pet Care and its employees, servants, or agents.
Client: The owner, keeper, or person in charge of the animal(s) to which the Services of Home Pet Care are sought.
Pet: The animal(s) that is the responsibility of the Client during the period when services are supplied by Home Pet Care.
Services: The provision of care, exercising, feeding, and generally looking after the Pet(s) by Home Pet Care on behalf of the Client, typically in their absence6.
Services Offered
Home Pet Care provides the following services:
Dog Walking (group or solo walks)
Dog Pop-in Visits
Dog/Puppy Sitting (sitting or live-in)
Cat Pop-in Visits
Cat Sitting (sitting or live-in)
Other Animal Care (pop-in, sitting, or live-in)
Additional services such as administering medication, feeding fish, watering plants/gardens, vet visits, and more6
The Service Provider shall perform all services in an attentive, reliable, and caring manner, using all reasonable skill and care, with due regard to the welfare of your pet and any relevant information you have provided6.
Client's Obligations
As a client of Home Pet Care, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health, behavior, and needs.
Supply adequate food, medication, leashes, and other necessary items for the care of your pet during service periods.
Ensure your home is safe and accessible for our pet care providers.
Inform us of any changes to your pet's health, behavior, or care requirements promptly.
Notify us of any security systems, alarms, or special entry instructions.
Pet Welfare
Health and Safety
The Client consents to Home Pet Care taking any action they consider suitable to protect and keep their pet in good health.
The Client confirms they will be responsible for any costs which might be incurred, either Veterinary or other, as a result of any sickness, accident, or damage caused to or by their pet(s), except third-party liability, and that they will pay any such costs or expenses on demand2.
If the Client requires that their pet be medicated, they must leave clear instructions with specific guidelines for administration of said medication(s)2.
Pet Behavior
Home Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for pets that exhibit aggressive behavior towards our staff or other animals.
The Client must disclose any history of aggression or behavioral issues before services commence6.
The Client accepts full responsibility for any damages caused by their pet while in our care, except where such damage is directly attributable to negligence by Home Pet Care2.
Veterinary Authorization
The Client gives permission to Home Pet Care to act as guardian for their pet(s) in case of emergency.
In case of medical emergency, Home Pet Care will make reasonable attempts to contact the Client and/or listed emergency contacts before seeking veterinary care.
If immediate veterinary attention is required and the Client cannot be reached, the Client authorizes Home Pet Care to transport their pet(s) to an appropriate veterinary facility and authorize treatment2.
The Client agrees to reimburse Home Pet Care for any veterinary expenses incurred on behalf of their pet(s).
Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay for services as outlined in the current price list, which may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified in writing.
For ongoing services, monthly invoices may be issued, with payment due within 7 days of receipt.
Late payments may incur additional fees and/or suspension of services6.
The Client is responsible for any additional costs incurred during service provision (e.g., pet supplies, emergency transportation).
Cancellations and Scheduling
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full service fee.
For holiday periods (major public holidays), cancellations require 72 hours' notice.
Home Pet Care reserves the right to cancel services due to extreme weather conditions, illness, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule or provide alternative care options6.
Keys and Home Access
The Client authorizes Home Pet Care to access their property for the purpose of providing agreed services.
Keys provided to Home Pet Care will be kept secure and coded for identification without revealing the Client's address or personal details.
Keys will be returned upon request or upon termination of services.
Home Pet Care is not responsible for security issues unrelated to our negligence or misconduct6.
Insurance and Liability
Home Pet Care maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its services.
Home Pet Care will not be liable for any damage or injury caused by the Client's pet(s) to persons, other animals, or property unless directly attributable to negligence by Home Pet Care2.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Home Pet Care against any claims, damages, or losses except those caused by negligence or willful misconduct of Home Pet Care6.
Home Pet Care will not be held responsible for any damage to the Client's home due to faulty fixtures and fittings or structural issues.
Privacy and Data Protection
Home Pet Care collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of providing pet care services.
Client information will not be shared with third parties except as required for service provision (e.g., with veterinarians in emergencies) or as required by law.
The Client has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information by contacting deshmukhmohit1891@gmail.com.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice.
Home Pet Care reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:
The Client fails to pay for services
The Client's pet exhibits dangerous behavior
The Client violates these Terms and Conditions
Continuing services would pose a risk to our staff, the pet, or others6
Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered and any additional costs incurred.
Communication
Primary communication regarding services will be conducted via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
The Client agrees to maintain current contact information and to check communications regularly while services are being provided.

Modifications to Terms
Home Pet Care reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms14.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts1.
